Marc Boudriot is a passionate entrepreneur who has successfully combined his technical skills with his love for automobiles. Graduating from the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) in France, he laid the foundations of his career in 2003 by founding Syselcom, a company specializing in IT solutions. Over the years, he has developed and grown his business, transforming it into a recognized player in the technology sector.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT field, Marc does not merely manage his company; he is constantly seeking new challenges. His long-standing passion for motorsport led him in 2024 to realize a project that has been close to his heart for a long time: the creation of his own racing team. This project, born from the desire to combine his two passions—technological innovation and motorsport—marks a turning point in his career.

Mr. Mélinand holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA in International Business from IAE Lyon, which has enabled him to develop expertise in business management and international commercial strategies.
He began his career at Hyatt International as the Internal Operations Manager, where he gained skills in team management and process optimization. He then joined GM Europe in 2005, serving as the Internal Sales Manager for Chevrolet, driving commercial strategies for the European market.
In 2007, he became Sales Manager at Lebara Mobile in French-speaking Switzerland, where he contributed to the brand’s development in a competitive market. In 2012, he joined Syselcom as the Business Development Manager, focusing on cloud solutions.
With over ten years of experience across various sectors (hospitality, automotive, telecommunications, and IT), Mr. Mélinand has successfully led commercial development projects thanks to his strategic vision and adaptability.
In 2024, he assisted Marc Boudriot in realizing his dream of creating a racing team by participating in the establishment of Syselcom Racing Team.
